Refunds & Cancallation

At APK Cosmetic, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We aim to deliver high-quality products with care. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please read our Refunds & Cancellation policy below.


1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them.

  • Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

  • To cancel, please contact our support team immediately with your order details.


2. Refund Policy

We offer refunds in the following cases:

  • You received the wrong product.

  • The product was damaged during delivery.

  • The product is expired or defective upon arrival.

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • The product has been opened or used.

  • The customer changes their mind after delivery.

  • Damage occurred due to misuse after delivery.


3. Replacement / Exchange

  • If you receive a damaged, wrong, or defective product, you can request a replacement instead of a refund.

  • Replacement requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the product.


4. Refund Process

  • Once your request is approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

  • Refunds may take 7–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
