1. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them.
Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
To cancel, please contact our support team immediately with your order details.
2. Refund Policy
We offer refunds in the following cases:
You received the wrong product.
The product was damaged during delivery.
The product is expired or defective upon arrival.
Refunds will not be issued if:
The product has been opened or used.
The customer changes their mind after delivery.
Damage occurred due to misuse after delivery.
3. Replacement / Exchange
If you receive a damaged, wrong, or defective product, you can request a replacement instead of a refund.
Replacement requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the product.
4. Refund Process
Once your request is approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
Refunds may take 7–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
