1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchange

You can request a return or exchange if:

  • You received the wrong product.

  • The product was damaged or defective at the time of delivery.

  • The product is expired upon arrival.

Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used cosmetic products cannot be returned or exchanged.


2. Timeframe

  • Return or exchange requests must be made within 3 days of receiving your order.

  • After 3 days, we may not be able to process your request.


3. Conditions

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or invoice) is required.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.


4. Process

  • Contact our customer support team via email or phone with your order details and issue.

  • Our team will guide you through the return/exchange procedure.

  • Once approved, we will arrange replacement or guide you for product return.


5. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Opened or used products

  • Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling after delivery
