Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used cosmetic products cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return or exchange requests must be made within 3 days of receiving your order.
After 3 days, we may not be able to process your request.
3. Conditions
The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or invoice) is required.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
4. Process

Our team will guide you through the return/exchange procedure.
Once approved, we will arrange replacement or guide you for product return.
5. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:
Opened or used products
Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling after delivery
